For four long years, I wept beneath his clouds and longed for him.
At times, consumed by dark thoughts, I drove myself to the very edge of the abyss.
Three motorcycle accidents, and in that chaos, the promises I made to him were shattered.
Yet, like a miracle, I remained unscathed, without a single injury.
In the split second I was thrown from the bike, I felt his touch, wrapping around me and shielding me from the impact.
Why did he save me? Was it his plea for me to live on and ride the distance he never could?
PROJECT : SAETTA
All the condensed pain within the clouds and my friend’s final wish struck the earth as a bolt of lightning, and where it struck, this bike stood.
This project is my desperate declaration that I will no longer ride toward death, but toward life.
Not a reckless sprint to simply vanish into the clouds, but toward the scenery he showed me, and even the world beyond it.
Together with him, watching over me from above the clouds, I roll on the throttle once again.
